I’ve got a great listing in Top O’ Topanga - it’s a lot in a gated community with a vintage mobile home on it.  At this price you could buy the property and replace the current home with a new manufactured home and still be getting a KILLER deal for a NEW home in a great Topanga neighborhood.  Call me for a showing and a tour of Top O’ Topanga!

Since I just posted the last two month’s of sales in Topanga Canyon, why not post the latest listings that have become available during September.  There are a few new ones in Summit Pointe and a few larger ranch-like properties elsewhere in the canyon.

Though the real estate market has slowed down in general, homes are selling in Topanga Canyon.  See below for a list of closed sales in the past two months.  (Source: TheMLS.)
